到職 On Board
我們的到職培訓計畫目的在於讓員工能儘快順利融入組織，並幫助他們提高工作效率，而整個過程在員工上班第一天前就開始了。
員工到職當天，集團為新進員工提供公司介紹與環境認識，同時提供線上新人訓練，讓員工完整地了解公司相關規範、福利，以及集團提供的可能發展機會。而在員工到職三至六個月之間，各式各樣的回饋機制將幫助員工儘快融入團隊，並及時給予必要的協助。
Our orientation program aims to integrate employees into the organization as soon as possible and help them improve work efficiency. The whole process begins before the first day of work.
On the day of new employees on board, the group will introduce the company and provide a company tour concurrently, as well as online training so that new employees can fully understand the company’s relevant regulations, benefits, and possible development opportunities. During the three to six months after onboarding, various feedback mechanisms will help employees integrate into the team faster and provide necessary assistance promptly.
